Chain-on-Edge systems are a perfect fit for a multitude of smaller products to meet your required production rates. The conveyor can be adapted with fixed positioning or rotating fixtures which are ideal for coating symmetrical parts which can be adapted with single or multiple part fixtures allowing for batch or mixed painting as required by the customer. With variable line speeds and variety of colors, we can professionally process large volume items or one time runs.

Pre-treatment & Surface Preparation
Our pre-treatment and surface preparation includes heated immersion tanks. Wash stations utilize an alkaline aqueous industrial cleaner/degreaser, double flow rinse tanks and iron phosphate for steel parts prior to painting.
